1. Payment Policy
All payments for courses, certifications, and training services must be completed online through the payment options available on our website.
Accepted payment modes include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and supported payment gateways.
Upon successful payment, learners will receive:
an email/SMS confirmation, and
access details for the enrolled program.
Pricing displayed on the website may include or exclude taxes, depending on applicable statutory requirements.
2. Service Delivery (No Shipping Policy)
Because we provide digital and online educational services, no physical products are shipped.
Course access is provided through email, LMS login credentials, or scheduled online sessions.
Access details are normally delivered within 24 hours of payment.
If a learner faces any issue in accessing the course or program, support will be provided promptly.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not permitted once the course access has been provided, materials are shared, or classes have begun.
For programs that have not started yet, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.
In cases where Deeplearn Techschool needs to postpone or cancel a session due to unavoidable circumstances, an alternate schedule will be arranged.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds Are Eligible If:
The learner has made a payment but course access is not provided within 48 hours.
A program or course is cancelled by Deeplearn Techschool.
A duplicate or accidental payment has been made.
Refunds Are Not Eligible If:
Course access or learning materials have already been shared.
The learner misses classes, assessments, or sessions for personal reasons.
Dissatisfaction is based on personal expectations after accessing the course.
The request is made after 24 hours for upcoming programs.
